The Newport Pig Cookin’ invites you to our Arts & Crafts Show on March 30^th & 31^st, 2012 at the Newport Town Park.

Space size is approximately 12’ x 12’ with electricity available. Vendors are responsible for shelter, tables, extension cords (MUST be 50’ long, 12 gauge cord from our power source), chairs, etc.

Setup may begin Friday at 10:00 am and no later than 3:00 pm.

Saturday setup must be completed no later than 8:00 am.

You must be set-up and your vehicle off-site by these times. Parking for your vehicle will be provided behind the park grounds.

Crafts may be left overnight, but security is minimal. The Newport Pig Cookin’ will not be responsible for your booth or any items that you choose to leave.

All fees are NON-REFUNDABLE, rain or shine.

Space is limited and will be assigned on a first come-first serve basis, as payment is received. We cannot hold a space without payment.

All sales are to be conducted within your assigned spaces.

Applications received later than March 15^th, 2012 must be accompanied by a money order (NO personal checks after this date).

NO ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES

NO INAPPROPRIATE MESSAGES, DESIGNS, GESTURES, PICTURES OR SYMBOLS ON MERCHANDISE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO: ALCOHOL, TOBACCO OR DRUG USE (INCLUDING PARAPHERNALIA), GANG ACTIVITY, PROFANITIES, OBSCENITIES OR SEXUAL CONNOTATIONS.

NO PROJECTILE SHOOTING ITEMS.

VENDING OF FOOD IS PROHIBITED.

NO MERCHANDISE MAY BE SOLD THAT MENTIONS “NEWPORT PIG COOKIN” OR IT’S LOGO, OR IN ANY WAY CONFLICTS WITH OFFICIAL EVENT SOUVENIRS

PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN CHANGE BECAUSE, DUE TO OUR OWN HIGH DEMAND, WE ARE UNABLE TO MAKE CHANGE FOR YOU.
